Dear Northminster Presbyterian Church Family,
I am writing to share joyful news about a beloved member of our staff, Emily Blumenberg.
Emily will soon be stepping into an exciting new position at CAT. We are immensely proud of her and deeply thankful for the extraordinary contributions she has made to our congregation.
During several years of transition, Emily truly held the church together with her steadfast dedication, wisdom, and grace. She is remarkably gifted, and this new role is a perfect opportunity for her to fully express those gifts while also being a blessing to her and her family.
Emily's last day with us will be Wednesday, January 7th. In the days ahead before her departure, please feel free to reach out to Emily personally—or stop by her office—to share your words of appreciation, encouragement, and well-wishes as she prepares for this next chapter.
As we look to the future, the Session, HR Committee, and staff leadership are already engaged in thoughtful planning to ensure a smooth transition and to chart the best path forward for the ministry Emily has so faithfully led.
Please keep Emily and her family in your prayers as she prepares for this new season. We give thanks to God for the time she has been with us and for the ways He continues to lead her—and all of us.
