This week we examine Daniel 3. While the world around them bows to a golden image, three young men stand firm, choosing obedience to God over the pressure to conform. Their courage isn’t rooted in certainty of rescue but in unwavering trust and faith.

Share Your Garden Harvest
It’s summer harvest time and if you are wondering what to do with your garden’s bountiful harvest, we have an option for you. Our Mission Partner, Peoria Grown will take our fresh produce to sell in their Market 309.
On Sunday mornings only we’ll have containers for you to place your excess produce. Someone from the Missions team will take that produce to Market 309 to be placed out with their other produce for sale.
Market 309 offers fresh produce & dairy for sale at a reduced price to residents in primarily the 61605 area. This area has become food a desert in recent years and the need is great particularly for the elderly & low income residents.
This is one way we can work toward our vision of becoming “Generous Neighbors”. |

Backpack Peoria
Our Mission Partner Dream Center Peoria is giving away backpacks again this year and you can be a part. Volunteers are needed for set up and during the event. Playground
Thank you to everyone for making the playground a reality. The Kids are so happy. The heavy rains forced $2,900 of cost overruns requiring additional base rock. If you wish to still donate - designate “playground special fund” to cover these last remaining costs. Thank you to ALL the many volunteers. God did it - Praise God ! |

Rummage Sale - Final Proceeds
Thank you to everyone that helped with the rummage sale. Final proceeds were at $15,000!
We were able to give money to the following: Youth Mission Trip, Mexico Mission, Dream Center, Peoria Grown Fruit Stands, Angel’s Arms, Playground Project, Southside Meals, and more!

Early Childhood Lead Teacher, 2-3 Year Old Program, Part Time
We are seeking a compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to work with our littlest learners! Work with a partner teacher to provide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children ages 2-3 years, five mornings per week. Introduce young children to their first classroom experience in a faith based setting! Early Childhood or Child Development coursework required and experience preferred! Resumes now being accepted. This position runs the school calendar (Aug - May) and is a part time, salaried position. Additional hours are available as a paid substitute teacher in our preschool classrooms or lunch support staff if interested!
